The GSR Observatory presented unique construction challenges that only ICF could solve. The building required exceptional thermal stability for sensitive astronomical equipment, structural integrity for a rotating copper dome, and the ability to create curved walls — all while maintaining the aesthetic vision of a world-class private observatory.
